About Us
Discover Metz from this apartment located in the rue des roches, in the heart of one of its most beautiful districts, at the foot of the cathedral, in front of the theater, and two steps away from the shops, the covered market, the food square and the lake.
Rue des Roches is named after the land on which it was built. Various traces of Roman walls were discovered in this area at different times, particularly in the 14th century. These Roman foundations were so hard that they were compared to rocks.
The public baths of Les Roches, also called “étuvistes”, were located here as early as 1206, and were used until the 20th century. Depending on the period, people came here to wash themselves, as their run-down houses had no bathroom. They also came here to enjoy the therapeutic properties of the water. Thermal baths were also places of socialization and business.

Thomas is resident of Metz and have lived in this building since his childhood. He welcomes you to this luxury 44m2 apartment, which has been renovated in a warm and chic 70’s style. It was designed by Studio Olivier D’Alessandro , an interior design agency.
L’appartement se compose d’une entrée avec The apartment has an entrance hall with cupboard, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven/microwave, induction cooker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and all the necessary dishes) with a dining area, a living room with a large comfortable convertible corner sofa, a bedroom with high quality bedding (1.60 x 2.00 meters), plenty of storage space, a big shower room and a separate toilet.
The living room and bedroom have flat screens, a Blu-ray player, wifi access, a washing machine with dryer, a wireless Bluetooth speaker to listen to your music everywhere and a library with books on Metz.
Bed linen and towels for a couple are provided upon arrival.
The apartment is designed to accommodate a couple and 2 children maximum in the most comfortable conditions.
